Take 2-3 capsules twice a day on a completely empty stomach ​

• Do not eat or drink (except water for 2-3 hours prior to taking

• Take with a large glass of water

• Do not eat for 1-2 hours after taking CMO™

Diet recommendations while taking CMO™. 

• Eat lean meats and poultry

• Drink at least 8 large glasses of water per day-THIS IS IMPORTANT

• Fruits and vegetables - all

• Fish, especially sardines, salmon, blue fish, yellow fin tuna, mackerel (all are high in omega 3 fats) 

• Nuts- preferably unsalted

Diet restrictions while taking CMO™ and for two weeks after finishing all of the capsules. These substances suppress the immune system, compete with liver function and reduce the effectiveness of CMO™, which acts as an immune system modulator. You may return to your usual eating pattern after this time period. 

• Caffeine and Decaffeinated products i.e. coffee, tea, soda, chocolate.  Products made with cocoa, Pain relievers containing caffeine such as Excedrin, etc.)

• Alcohol                                                                                                                                                                  

• Reduce or Avoid dietary fats, sugars, and white flour

• Laxatives (may cause you to eliminate the CMO™ prior to absorption)

• Any foods that you know, from past experience that may aggravate your comfort level.

Milk Thistle (Silymarin)

If you have a history of taking immune suppressing drugs, NSAIDS such as aspirin, naproxen (Aleve), and ibuprofen (Advil), alcohol or tobacco.  Follow the directions on the product bottle. The herb Milk Thistle (Silymarin), a known liver detoxifier, taken for three to four weeks before starting CMO™ may enhance the benefits. This is especially important if you have a history of chemotherapy, radiation treatments, years of medications, exposure to toxic environments or alcohol or tobacco use. These can have cumulative adverse effects on liver function. Suggested dose: 300mg to 500mg per day in three divided doses, or one “time release” capsule per day.

OTHER:

Digestive Enzymes:  Enzymes may increase the absorption and efficiency of CMO™.
Use only a simple digestive Enzymes containing only the following ingredients: Lipase, Amylase & Papain, more complex formulas of Enzymes will cause the CMO™ to be broken down too quickly and not digested properly. 

Coral Calcium.  It has been suggested that the use of Coral Calcium for 1 month prior to starting CMO™ increases the effectiveness and results due to its PH lowering properties.

Will it be OK to continue my prescribed medication while taking cmo?  Do not stop taking any prescribed medication without supervision from your practitioner.

CMO™ does not stop any drug from working, but some drugs stop CMO™ from working. (see answers on Blood Pressure and Diabetes medications).

Any drug that affects the immune system will stop CMO™ from working. The following list is not complete as new drugs and brand names appear regularly, but does contain most of the currently used drugs that may stop CMO™ from working. If unsure, please check with your pharmacist or practitioner.

These drugs and others with similar action block and/or nullify the effects of CMO™.  CMO™ will be beneficial only if, with your doctor’s permission, you discontinue the use of these medications for at least 4 weeks before beginning CMO™. If you are unable to completely withdraw from your steroid medication before beginning CMO™, or your doctor does not think it is advisable, you may begin CMO™ if you are taking the lowest steroid dose possible and plan to continue withdrawal (as per your doctor’s guidelines) during your initial CMO™ treatment. In this instance several additional bottles of CMO™ (possibly as many as six) may be necessary to receive full benefits. The use of CMO™ Cream might help.

Do not stop taking any prescribed medication without supervision from your practitioner.
