We have appointment scheduling so that we can be prepared and fully available to spend the right amount of time for our services for each of our valued clients.

To help clients remember their scheduled appointments, we send email reminders 2 days and text messages 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. 

​

We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

 

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation/rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

This fee will be added to your next appointment or must be paid prior to booking any future services.
